Always Beside Me turns a meaningful pet or family photograph into a softly illuminated layered paper scene. Add names, a special date, or a short message to create a keepsake that reflects the bond you want to remember.

It may mark a new pet, a birthday, years of companionship, an everyday family moment, or the memory of someone deeply missed.

How It Works
Choose who will be featured and the occasion.
Upload one to four clear photographs. Include at least one clear photograph of each featured subject.
Enter the names, date, message, and recognizable details you would like preserved.
We review the submitted materials and contact you by email if anything needs clarification.
Your photographs are translated into a personalized layered paper light box.

Requests involving three or more subjects, a large family group, or several separate scenes require confirmation before ordering.

Photo Guidelines

Upload one to four clear, well-lit photographs.

For the best reference, choose photographs that clearly show:

The face and eyes
Ear shape and markings
Fur pattern or hairstyle
Collar or another recognizable accessory
Body shape or posture, when relevant

For two subjects, include at least one clear photograph of each subject. They do not need to appear together in the same photograph.

Please avoid:

Blurry or low-resolution photographs
Very dark or heavily backlit images
Heavy filters
Screenshots with text or interface elements
Photographs with cropped ears, faces, or important features
Images where another person, pet, or object covers most of the subject

Use the Details to Preserve box to tell us about distinctive features such as a white paw, unusual ear shape, collar, favorite pose, glasses, hairstyle, or another recognizable detail.

Rechargeable Lighting

The rechargeable design allows the light box to be displayed without remaining connected to a wall outlet.

Use the touch control to turn the light on and adjust the brightness. The warm illumination highlights the layered paper depth and creates a gentle ambient glow.

Charging accessories and operating details correspond to the configuration supplied with the finished product.

Once production has begun, changes to photographs, names, dates, wording, featured subjects, or the overall composition may not be possible.

If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

Design and Production

This item is individually made to order from the photographs and information submitted.

A digital design preview is not included with the standard order.

If the photographs are unclear, the selected subject count does not match the uploaded images, or important details are missing, we will contact you using the email address associated with your order before continuing.

Production begins after we receive complete and usable materials. Processing time may vary according to the number of subjects, image quality, and composition complexity.

Shipping time is additional and varies by destination and delivery method.

Artistic Interpretation

The submitted photographs are translated into a physical composition made from multiple layers of laser-cut paper.

Some facial, fur, clothing, background, and posture details may be simplified so they can be represented clearly within the layered format.

When subjects are supplied in separate photographs, their position and scale may be adjusted to create one balanced composition.

Small variations in paper alignment, frame tone, lighting, and screen color are part of the physical production process.

The finished piece is a personalized artistic interpretation rather than an exact photographic reproduction.

Personalized Order Policy

Because this item is created specifically from your photographs and personal information, it cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind once production has begun.

If the item arrives damaged, defective, or contains a production error that differs from the information submitted with the order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
